The LB Lodge is an intimate coastal supper house offering thoughtfully paced dining experiences built around seasonal food, shared tables, and warm hospitality.
Our guests join us for four-course family-style dinners with curated wine pairings and three-course prix fixe lunches, designed to bring people together around the table.
We are currently seeking talented and hospitality-driven team members to join us for Thursday and Saturday service.

Chef
The Chef leads the culinary vision and execution of LB Lodge, ensuring a consistently exceptional seafood-focused dining experience. This role owns menu development, food quality, kitchen standards, and overall culinary performance.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and refine seasonal menus aligned with the LB Lodge concept
-
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
-
Oversee food cost, portioning, and kitchen profitability
-
Source and manage seafood and key supplier relationships
-
Lead kitchen training, standards, and culture
-
Collaborate with leadership on event programming and guest experience
-
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met

Sous Chef
Part-Time | Thursday & Saturday Service
We are seeking two skilled Sous Chefs to support our Chef in preparing and executing service from our mobile kitchen. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused during service.

Responsibilities :

Assist with prep, cooking, and precise plating for lunch and dinner service

Execute four-course family-style dinner menus and prix fixe lunches
-
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high culinary standards
-
Support smooth, efficient service during staggered seatings

Dining Steward
(Server / Runner | Thursday & Saturday Service)
The Dining Steward plays a key role in creating the warm, welcoming experience our guests return for.
You will guide guests through the evening’s menu, assist with service, and help maintain the thoughtful pace and atmosphere that defines The Lodge.

Responsibilities :

Deliver and describe courses with clarity and confidence

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service

Assist with wine service and table pacing

Maintain a polished and welcoming dining environment​
